Phased Implementation of HR System

After a thorough evaluation of various HR systems available in the market, the Bank finally chose the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) developed by FlexSystem Limited, one of the largest enterprise management software and services providers in Hong Kong.
FlexSystem’s HRMS is a comprehensive system built on state-of-the-art technologies, enabling businesses in Hong Kong to enhance workflow management and accelerating HR operations.
SPD Bank began its modernization of the bank’s HR workflow and operations in 2014 via a phased implementation approach. In 2021 the Bank added E-Appraisal staff performance management system module as part of the implementation process.
Today the Bank’s HRMS deployment covers payroll management, leave management and attendance management. Employee Self Service platform (ESS) is also included in HRMS, enabling staff to log in to carry out a number of self-services such as accessing personal profile, submitting leave requests and appraisals, and viewing pay slips. The HR ESS platform also helps HR and senior management to track staff attendance and overtime hours, approve leave requests and create HR reports.
