FlexSystem Seminar – Accelerate Digital Transformation to Win the New Business Era

FlexSystem is delighted to organize a joint seminar with our partners on 30 November 2022 at the Gateway to share the latest technologies, tips and advice to the retail and F&B industries. Theming as “Accelerate Digital Transformation to Win the New Business Era”, the event is co-hosted by FlexSystem, Airwallex, GS1 Hong Kong and ZA Bank.

At the beginning of the seminar, Ms. Yan Lai from FlexSystem presented on the topic of “Simplify Processes in Payable and Payment Automation” and business process re-engineering case sharing in expense management. Marcus Cheng from Airwallex illustrated how to execute market expansion with fintech, optimize payment workflow and protect business from currency volatility. Representative from the ZA Bank, Mr. Brian Chan further elaborated on how to create a new world of possibilities with digital & transformation-friendly SME bank.

In the middle of the seminar, Dr. Ma Tin Ming and Dr. Ma Tin Chung from BKT Group had a fruitful sharing about the story of BKT to reach today’s achievements by turning to a conglomerate company involved in chain restaurants, import & export trading, food procession and production.

Lastly, speaker from the GS1 Hong Kong, Ms. Catherine Cheng discussed with the audience about the keys to better operations in the future automation trends.

It is hoped that the attendees can gain some valuable insights in leveraging technologies to automate financial management system and expense management process, discover new tips and reflection around operating expenses under the COVID-19 epidemic.
