Organized by PolyU SPEED, a seminar titled “How the Information System, with its adaptable functionality, can add value to the HRM practice” was held on 13 Nov 2017. Representatives from FlexSystem shared with the students about tips on HR System Resourcing, HRIS market landscape and project sharing.
The seminar generated positive feedbacks from the lecturer and students, in which the students can gain some insights on how to select a suitable HR system and the important factors they should consider. With a full picture of the modules & functions for Human Resource Management System, students can be benefited during the screening process for the company they are going to work in the future.
