JobsDB x FlexSystem: Shaping the Future of HR Through Digital Transformation

FlexSystem participated in the Recruitment Strategy Workshop organized by JobsDB at their office on 5 December 2023. The event aimed to provide HR professionals with a clear picture of current and future HR trends.

During the presentation, JobsDB shared their latest survey results, digital recruitment strategies, AI-driven recruitment tips, and professional hiring services with hirers.

Our Associate Director, Mr. Joni Lau was invited as a guest speaker. Themed “Shaping the Future of HR Through Digital Transformation”, he first shared emerging trends of HR, then elaborated HR technologies that help create the best employee experience, digitize performance benchmarking, and drive better decision-making through analytic insights.

FlexSystem also showcased our robust Human Resources Management Software (HRMS) at the event, including the e-Roster System, Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal and Alpha Connect – an award-winning mobile attendance app. Our all-in-one HR software is designed to help companies automate and streamline their complex HR processes, as well as provide data analytics for better decision-making and ESG reporting.
