Hong Kong Retail Innovation Award 2020 – Adversity Awards

Organized by Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association (HKRTIA), Retail Innovation Award is a program dedicated to recognize and encourage excellence in retail technology adoption. This year, FlexSystem have won the category of Adversity Award by adopting good use of technology to retail enterprises in this difficult time.

During coronavirus outbreak, many employers have begun instituting work from home or flexible hours policies to refine the business strategies of the enterprise. Francfranc Corporation, a well-known home decor brand in Hong Kong, is inevitably affected by this epidemic and faced the HR challenges to manage diverse workforce. Francfranc then sought our service for using an attendance tracking application named Alpha Connect to roll out “work from home” policy effectively by capturing accurate and reliable attendance data. We are honored that this Francfranc case study was presented to Retail / Catering – Good Use of Technology Award.

Alpha Connect has been announced for the “Adversity Award” during the ceremony webinar on 3 September 2020. This remarkable recognition further acknowledged our efforts in providing an innovative mobile application related to human resources management solution.
