Organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM), the 2023 Pay Trend and Benefits Seminar was held at Royal Plaza Hotel on 19 October 2023. The seminar gathered HR leaders and professionals from different sectors to share their experiences and ideas on human resource management and development.

Themed “Innovative Compensation & Benefits Solutions: Attracting and Retaining Talent”, this year’s seminar focused on not only the 2023 pay trend survey results in Hong Kong but also in the Greater Bay Area; insights on important topics such as 2024 Macroeconomic outlook, the 2023 Future Workforce Study, and Talent Acquisition Strategies were also shared by several speakers, aiming to get attendees prepared for the challenges and opportunities arising from the latest HR trends.
