What you’ll do:
In our Development Sector:
- Experience with high throughput, multi-threaded systems
- Develop new product features and enhancements
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and technical analysts
- Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
In our Support Sector:
- Address customer support issues via bug fixes, data cleanup, etc.
- Investigate complex issues and uncover both immediate workarounds so that customers can continue working with our platform and long term improvements to our platform
- Communicate directly with clients and Tier I/Tier II support colleagues to help clients resolve technical issues
What you’ll need:
- High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Basic Hardware and Network knowledge
- Strong team player with good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Aptitude in (or ability to learn) the following:

- ASP.NET
- .NET Core
- jQuery
- Bootstrap
- HTML
- CSS
- SQL
- AngularJS
- Flutter
- Experience with Cloud Based Developments is an advantage

What you’ll do:

- Assist developing new product features and enhancements
- Working closely with developers, UX designers and technical analysts
- Transform user requirements into software designs and specifications in the appropriate analytic senses
- Prepare project documentations such as User Requirements Specifications, Testing Plans, Application User Manuals etc.
- Perform Data Extraction / Conversion in project implementation phase
- Assist Senior Business Analysts / Project Managers throughout the project development life cycle
What you’ll need:
- High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong team player with good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Project Implementation is an advantage
- Experience in Government Projects is an advantage
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an advantage
